Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to construct Triple R, radial roads and other roads to meet the needs of the next 50 years. The CM conducted a review of Triple R South and radial roads on Tuesday. He examined the alignment of the southern part and suggested several changes.
He ordered that a lidar survey be conducted in advance in the case of forest areas, water resources, mandal centers and villages. He made it clear to the officials that due care should be taken in the matter of alignment and no room for any mistakes should be left.
Revanth Reddy suggested that the radial roads be designed in accordance with the establishment of satellite townships and industrial parks and the construction should be expedited. Several suggestions were made regarding the elevated corridor and new alignment on the Hyderabad-Srisailam National Highway.
The Chief Minister directed that the alignment regarding the construction of a new road from ORR to Mancherial as an alternative to Rajiv Road should be completed as soon as possible. He said that the suitability of setting up industrial parks on that route should be examined.
Revanth Reddy advised the officials to coordinate with the National Highways Department officials from time to time regarding the new roads. He suggested that the process of construction of radial roads from ORR to RRR should be expedited.
The Chief Minister instructed the officials to construct proper trumpets in the area where the national and state highways going from Hyderabad go outside the RRR and to ensure that they cross without any disturbance and without traffic signals.
