Currently, Suriya is filming a project directed by RJ Balaji, backed by Dream Warrior Pictures, with Trisha as the leading lady. This pan-Indian venture will reportedly showcase him in two distinct avatars—a lawyer and a character named Ayanar. Kollywood sources reveal that scenes featuring Ayanar are currently being shot. Touted as an action thriller with spiritual elements, the film is generating strong anticipation.
Following this, Suriya will shift focus to Vaadi Vasal, helmed by Vetri Maaran. Industry reports suggest that he will once again take on dual roles, portraying both father and son in this highly awaited project.
Suriya was last seen in Kanguva, directed by Siva, which did not meet box office expectations. With these upcoming projects, fans are eager to see him return with a strong impact.
