BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy lamented that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for harassing BRS leaders and he was furious that the Congress government was doing diversionary politics. He questioned where the promises made by Congress had gone? He expressed anger that cases were being filed when asked where the promises were being implemented.
Stating that there were no criminal cases or land grabbing cases against him, he alleged that they were looking to file the PD Act. If they wanted to file them, he made it clear that they should start with Revanth Reddy. He questioned CM Revanth Reddy about where the Rythu Bharosa and farmer’s insurance schemes are?
Kaushik Reddy deplored that KTR was being harassed with illegal cases. He said that countries around the world would compete to organize the Formula-E race and states in the country competed to organize the race. He said that KTR worked very hard to organize this race in Hyderabad. The MLA wondered whether cases would be filed if Hyderabad’s brand image was enhanced.
He recalled that many big companies like Tesla came to the state with the implementation of the Formula-E race. Since he is a thief caught in the cash-for-vote case, he alleged that the Chief Minister thinks everyone is a thief. He said how can the ED file a case when there is no corruption?
He asked the people of Telangana to think for once that diversionary politics is going on in the state. He accused Revanth of trying to rob the state by arresting KCR, KTR, Kavitha and Harish Rao.
Referring to cases filed against him for his participation in the District Review Meeting in Karimnagar, Kaushik Reddy made it clear that he did not threaten any one, but it was only Jagityal MLA Sanjay Kumar who attacked him. Moreover, he alleged that being an MLA he was threatened by everyone on the orders of the ministers during the meeting. He wondered that he did not know who the Karimnagar RDO was and how he would file a case against him?
He recalled that Revanth Reddy had previously insulted Minister DK Aruna and had a case filed against him if he had spoken against Jupally Krishna Rao. He demanded that Sanjay Kumar, who had said in the presence of the officials that he belonged to the Congress party during the meeting, be disqualified.
