BRS leaders have lashed out at Congress leaders and the media for spreading malicious propaganda against BRS Working President KTR stating that his cash petition was dismissed and also withdrawn in the Supreme Court. It clarified that the Apex Court only opined that it is not right to interfere in the quash petition at this stage.
It was reported that during the hearing in the Supreme Court, KTR’s lawyers withdrew the petition on the instructions of the Apex Court. KTR’s advocate Mohit Rao clarified that KTR’s quash petition was not dismissed. According to our legal opinion, he said they have withdrawn the case and there is a possibility of appealing in any court regarding this case.

Justice Bela M Trivedi and Justice Prasanna Varle Dharmasanam heard the petition filed by KTR in the Supreme Court regarding the Formula E car case. Aryama Sundaram and Siddhartha Davelu argued on KTR’s quash petition./ Mohit Rao stated that they have argued that Section 13.1A of the CP Act does not apply in this case.
Lawyer Soma Bharath said that the Formula E race is being held in only 9 cities in the world. In this process, the Formula E race was brought to Hyderabad and KTR took it very seriously. The Formula E race was organized to increase the prestige of Hyderabad. A fake case was filed against KTR by the political faction.
He made it clear that KTR has never opposed the investigation. KTR always says that he has faith in the judicial system and the court believed that there was no criminal evidence in the formula case. He deplored that people are being misled with lies and falsehoods.
He recalled that there is a case where Sonia and Rahul withdrew the appeal in the National Herald case and KTR withdrew the quash petition because the Supreme Court said so.
