After delivering a mythological action spectacle with Kalki 2898AD, pan-India superstar Prabhas is gearing up to offer moviegoers a thrilling ride with his upcoming horror comedy ‘The Raja Saab’ which has Telugu director Maruthi at the helm. The shooting formalities are nearing completion and the film is likely to hit the screens in Summer this year.
On the eve of Sankranti, the makers of The Raja Saab unveiled a new poster featuring Prabhas in a classy festive look. The glittering poster has the Baahubali actor with a mesmerizing smile which makes it more lovely and attractive. He sports stylish shades and appears in a cream colour shirt with Mandarin collar. His trendy hairstyle and beautiful face expression will leave fans in awe.
Last year, the team gave a sneak peek into the first look of Prabhas as a royal aged king with a salt and pepper look. Now, the latest poster is a complete contrast to that look because Prabhas spellbinds as a charming and handsome guy with an adorable expression.
The different posters hint that Prabhas will don multiple shades in this horror drama which stars a host of artists in significant roles. Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal are the female leads. Sanjay Dutt, Anupam Kher, Murali Sharma, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Jisshu Sengupta, Brahmanandam and Yogi Babu are playing prominent roles.
The Raja Saab is initially scheduled for release on April 10th. But, the team has removed the date from its posters which means that the film might get postponed to a later date. They have hinted that it will be a festival whenever the film hits the screens. So, the wait continues.
