Former BRS minister and Suryapet MLA Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy questioned why BJP leader and Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay Kumar is getting angry, though Congress leaders do not get angry when they criticise Chief Minister Revanth Reddy?
“Why is Bandi so fond of Revanth? What is the relationship between you two? If Bandi is truly a BJP blood, he should fight against the anti-people policies of Revanth Reddy,” he said. He alleged that there are internal transactions between Revanth Reddy and Bandi Sanjay.
He revealed that many BJP leaders are saying that Sanjay was removed from the post of state president by the top brass due to these illegal relations only. He wondered that BJP leaders, who are in opposition are attacking BRS in the assembly instead of fighting against the Congress government.
Even though the Congress government has cheated the people by not fulfilling the promises made to them and demolishing houses in the name of Hydra and Musi and snatching the lands of innocent people by sending them to jails if they resist, Jagadish Reddy asks why BJP leaders like Sanjay are not raising their voice?
He deplored that BJP leaders are silent even though the government is cutting off electricity at midnight and sending farmers to jails, without even looking at women. “It is shameful that the BJP is attacking the BRS, which is fighting on behalf of the people despite all the attacks and cases being filed”, he added.
The farmer minister alleged that the fact that the Congress asked the BJP to arrest Kavitha then and the Congress today asking the BJP to arrest KTR reveals the relationship between the two parties. Strangely, he lamented that many BJP leaders and MPs spoke in support of the government on the issue of Lagacharla and Hydra.
Jagdish Reddy accused that the BJP leaders are working as Revanth’s agents and that Bandi Sanjay is making the voice of Revanth Reddy heard. He asserted that “No matter how many cases are filed, we are not afraid. We are ready to go to jail on behalf of the farmers”.
“The whole world knows Revanth Reddy and BJP leaders. Bandi Sanjay especially has internal, financial relations and land disputes. To continue those deals, the two parties are conspiring to damage the BRS”, he added.
