Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy recently held a meeting with prominent film industry personalities, sparking discussions about various topics. Addressing a mention of actor Allu Arjun during the interaction, Revanth Reddy dismissed speculations of any discord. “Why would I be angry with Allu Arjun?” he questioned, adding that he has known both Allu Arjun and Ram Charan since their childhood and shared a close bond with them.
Reiterating his stance, the Chief Minister emphasized that personal opinions aside, everyone must abide by the law. He further outlined his vision to make Hyderabad a hub for global cinema, stating that measures would be taken to attract Hollywood and Bollywood productions to the city.
Highlighting the contributions of Congress governments to the film industry, Revanth Reddy assured that this legacy would continue under his leadership. He also promised support for the film industry, on par with sectors like IT and Pharma, to ensure its growth and global recognition.
