Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu has announced that three cases have been registered so far in the ongoing family dispute involving actor Mohan Babu. Addressing the matter, Sudheer Babu clarified that the incident took place at Mohan Babu’s residence and remains a personal matter. However, he emphasized that no public disturbances should arise from these events.
Due to disturbances in peace and order reported in the Jal Pally area, notices were issued to the three individuals involved in the dispute.
The Police Commissioner further stated that private individuals would no longer be allowed to reside in the vicinity of Mohan Babu’s residence. He directed the Pahadi Sharif police to conduct checks every two hours to maintain security and order.
In response to the notices, Manoj appeared before the police. As a preventive measure, the police issued a binding-over order against Manoj, valid for one year. Vishnu requested an extension for the binding notice, which was granted until the 24th of this month.
The situation intensified when Mohan Babu’s manager was arrested following a complaint filed by Manoj. Authorities continue to investigate the matter, ensuring legal procedures are followed to resolve the dispute efficiently.
