Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 The Rule continues to make waves at the box office, achieving a record-breaking Rs. 1000 crore within just six days of its release. To express gratitude to cinema enthusiasts, exhibitors, and fans across the nation, a special ‘Pushpa 2 The Rule Thanks Meet’ was held in Delhi today. The event saw the presence of Allu Arjun alongside producers Ravi and Naveen, who personally extended their heartfelt thanks to the audience for their unwavering support.
Expressing his appreciation, Allu Arjun said, “Thank you, India. This success wouldn’t have been possible without every single person who stood by our film. This isn’t just love, it’s wild love. My gratitude extends to the Indian cinema enthusiasts, the exhibitors, the crew, and everyone who contributed to making Pushpa 2 The Rule a reality. A special shoutout to our director, Sukumar, who envisioned this project and worked tirelessly to make it a success. This credit is entirely his.”
He also acknowledged the Bollywood industry’s support for Pushpa 1 The Rise, stating that without the Hindi audience and the film industry, the project wouldn’t have achieved such heights.
Allu Arjun further thanked the central and state governments, the police departments, and the media for standing strong alongside the film industry. “The love audiences showed us is reflected in this Rs. 1000 crore milestone. While numbers may be temporary, the love from audiences will remain in my heart forever,” he added.
Looking ahead, Allu Arjun expressed his hopes for future records to be broken across various film industries. “I’ll enjoy this success for the next three months, but I hope new records are set by next summer. I wish to see records being surpassed in every cinema industry, not just Telugu but beyond, that would be true progress.”
During the event, in a playful interaction, the host asked, “Sir, what advice would you give to husbands about their wives?” To which Allu Arjun humorously replied, “Listen to your wife. It’s okay if we compromise in front of a woman.”
The atmosphere was filled with excitement and camaraderie, celebrating not just the commercial success but also the deep connection between Allu Arjun and his vast and devoted fanbase.
