Srikrishna Devaraya said as several issues related to AP bifurcation are yet to be completed he wants to discuss those issues in the Parliament. He said that he has requested to discuss the slow pace of construction of the Polavaram project for the past ten years.

He said that in addition to the discussion on the laxity of social media, specific steps need to be taken to curb it. The TDP leader said that he asked to draft the Wakf Bill keeping in view of Muslim’s concerns.

“I have requested at the all-party meeting to discuss the issues of AP bifurcation guarantees, funds for the Polavaram project, and disaster management in the context of the Vijayawada floods. I have requested that the social media abuse be discussed in Parliament and opinions should be collected from everyone on what steps should be taken to curb it”, he said.
