Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu turned emotional over his younger brother Ramamurthy Naidu’s death on Saturday. Naidu, who was on a visit to Delhi after hearing the news of his younger brother’s death, hastily reached Hyderabad and shared his grief on X platform.
“I inform everyone with a heavy heart that my younger brother, former MLA of Chandragiri constituency Nara Ramamurthy Naidu, has left us. Rammurthy Naidu was a leader who served the people with a perfect mind in public life. Our brother, who has left us, has filled our family with great sadness. I wish his soul rest in peace.” Chandrababu tweeted.
On the other hand, Nara Lokesh also expressed shock over the death of his uncle Rammurthy Naidu. He tweeted that his death was deeply saddened. “I pay my respects with tears that come to my eyes as I remember my childhood relationship with my uncle. The courage and love that he has shown to all of us all these years has now become silent… will be a lasting memory from today. I pray to God that the soul of our uncle may rest in peace. I ask my brothers and sisters who are in endless grief to be brave,” Nara Lokesh twitted.
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is campaigning for the Maharashtra elections, was shocked to hear the news of Ramamurthy Naidu’s death. He expressed his condolences to his family on this occasion. He tweeted that he was praying to God that the soul of Ramamurthy Naidu may rest in peace.
Jana Sena chief and AP Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also expressed his condolences on the death of Ramamurthy Naidu. Pawan Kalyan said that he was saddened to know that Ramamurthy Naidu had passed away. He prayed to God that his soul may rest in peace. Pawan Kalyan, who expressed his condolences to Chandrababu Naidu, said that he was unable to attend the funeral as he was busy with Maharashtra election campaigning.
Assembly Speaker Chintakayala Ayyannapatrudu said that he was deeply shocked by the death of Ramamurthy Naidu. The Speaker said that his death is a great loss to the Telugu Desam Party and the people of Chandragiri constituency. Ayyanna recalled that Ramamurthy Naidu represented Chandragiri constituency from 1994 to 1999 and rendered distinguished services.
