Stating that the first chapter in the Red Book has been completed and the second has been opened, Minister Nara Lokesh revealed that the third chapter will be opened soon as promised during his padayatra. He recalled that the people themselves folded their chairs in the elections.
He said Chandrababu wanted to, it would be a 2-minute job to put them inside. Wouldn’t he feel sorry for serving 53 days in jail for a mistake he didn’t make?, he asked. Lokesh during his tour in USA aiming at attracting investments for the state, unveiled the statue of NTR set up in Cumming near Atlanta under the auspices of the NTR Trust.
Lokesh asserted that the whole world is looking at Andhra, it is because of Chandrababu Naidu. “During my week-long tour of America, whenever I went to any giant company, I was welcomed with a red carpet as soon as I mentioned the name of CBN. Satya Nadella gave me an appointment with a single email”, he added.
“We have a huge responsibility to put the state on the right track. We will implement the Red Book according to the procedures”, he said and added that it is the responsibility of showing the film to those who have troubled the party cadre.
“We are also human beings and some mistakes can happen in a vast system and we should not be so tired of it, if we bring it to our attention, we will fix it. NRIs were harassed… A person in California invested Rs. 500 crores in Amaravati, and after the YSRCP came, they sent vigilance people and caused trouble, and insulted him at every step, but he stood bravely”, Lokesh recalled.
“I am also a victim of the previous government. When I was doing the Yuvagalam Padayatra, they tried to bring GO1 and stop me. I told them to fold the GO and put it in my pocket, but while I was talking during the padayatra, my stool and microphone were pulled. They harassed me at every step. It was the TDP workers who stood by me at that time” he said.
Lokesh said that during the last five years of anarchic rule, investments went to neighboring states and now it is his responsibility to bring investments.
