Tollywood’s talented and promising actor Kiran Abbavaram addressed the continuous trolls on him at his latest film ‘KA’ pre-release event.
The action thriller ‘KA’, directed by Sujith and Sandeep, is scheduled to release worldwide in theaters on October 31. Ahead of the film’s release, the makers conducted a pre-release event in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Naga Chaitanya attended the pre-release event in support of Kiran Abbavaram’s film.
During the event, Kiran got emotional and shared how his mother worked hard to provide him with a quality education. He stated, “I came to the film industry to achieve something. Some say I am an MP’s son, while a few say I came from a rich family, which is not true. They label me without fact-checking. Who was there for me when I launched SR Kalyana Mandapam? I didn’t ask for any help from anyone. I’ve reached this stage through hard work and blessings, despite a few setbacks.”
Responding to ongoing criticism and trolling, Kiran Abbavaram voiced his disappointment, saying, “I was deeply hurt. A production company near the Jubilee Hills check post trolled me in their film. What was the need to do trolling on me? Did I ask any favor from you? Then, why this trolling on me? He further mentioned that the production company hadn’t even informed him about using his name.
For those unfamiliar, the film that sparked recent attention, where Kiran Abbavaram faced trolling, is ‘Hostel Boys’. Originally it was a Kannada film, which was dubbed into Telugu.
