The High Court has agreed to the police lawyer’s request, delaying the hearing until the 28th of this month. Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, a YSRCP leader, is accused of creating disturbances during the assembly elections, including breaking electronic voting machines (EVMs) and assaulting another individual. In response, the police from Karampudi and Rentachintala registered cases against him. After his arrest and a stint in jail, he obtained conditional bail from the court and was released.
