The long-awaited second single of Suriya’s highly anticipated fantasy period action drama is set to drop soon, with the release date announcement made by the filmmakers on Friday.
Taking to social media, the film team shared a new poster featuring Suriya and Disha Patani. From the look of the poster, the song appears to be an upbeat party number. The second single, “Vamos Brincar Babe,” is scheduled to be unveiled on October 21.
Helmed by Siruthai Siva, “Kanguva” is said to be Suriya’s most expensive venture, backed by KE Gnanavel Raja under the banner of Studio Green and UV Creations, promising a grand visual spectacle. Starring Suriya and Disha Patani in the lead roles, the impressive stellar ensemble cast of Kanguva includes Bollywood star Bobby Deol as the main antagonist, alongside Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Natarajan Subramaniam, BS Avinash, and others in key roles.
The film’s technical crew includes Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad at the helm of music direction, with Vetri Palanisamy as the cinematographer and Nishad Yusuf handling the editing.
Kanguva is planned as a two-part release, with the first installment set for a grand theatrical release on November 14, 2024, in 38 languages across 3500 screens, after a series of postponements.
