On the festive occasion of Dussehra, they have officially announced the film, and now they revealed the title of their new venture, following a grand launch event. The much-anticipated project begins today with a grand pooja ceremony in Hyderabad, with the title announcement as “Akhanda 2: Thandavam.”
Making it an official announcement, the team shared the title poster on social media. The poster highlights the title ‘Akhanda 2: Thandavam’ with references to Lord Siva, hinting at a powerful spiritual theme. This large-scale production, also set to release in Hindi for northern audiences, is produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment, with Bala Krishna’s younger daughter, Nandamuri Tejaswini, presenting the film.
SS Thaman is composing the music for this film, with high expectations following the success of their previous film ‘Akhanda’. The regular shooting is expected to commence once Bala Krishna wraps up his current project, ‘NBK 109’. It is reported the film features two female leads.
