Star boy Siddhu Jonnalagadda became a household name in Telugu states with his impeccable acting mettle in DJ Tillu. He is currently one of the most sought after youngsters in Tollywood. Having lined up several crazy projects like Telusu Kada, Jack and Tillu Cube, Siddhu has green signalled another interesting project.
As per the latest reports, Siddhu will next star in a adventure drama set in the backdrop of mythology inspired by the mysterious story behind the infamous Kohinoor diamond which has witnessed so many folklores around it ever since the British imperialists took away it after their rule in India. The first look poster is unveiled today morning on the eve of Dussehra.
The poster depicts Siddhu in a standing pose with the coveted diamond in one hand and a sword in the other hand. The arch like structure with Bhadrakali theme portrait in the background brings more intensity to the poster.
The film is titled Kohinoor and it will hage Siddhu in a larger-than-life role which follows the quest of the lead protagonist to bring back Kohinoor diamond back to the country. Writer-director Ravikanth Perepu after a romantic entertainer like Krishna and Leela, is working with Siddhu Jonnalagadda for this film. The director is known for delivering a blockbuster with Adivi Sesh’s Kshanam.
Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, respectively, are producing the film. Movie is scheduled for January, 2026 release.
