An interesting piece of news has been making rounds on social media for the past two days. It is reported that Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi has purchased a property in a hill area of Ooty. Many celebrities across the country have been buying or constructing bungalows in Ooty to spend their vacations. While several Tamil stars already own farmhouses there, recently, stars from Kannada, Bollywood, and even Telugu film industries have been purchasing luxurious properties in the area. Now, Chiranjeevi has joined this list. Already owning homes in Hyderabad, Goa, Visakhapatnam, and Chennai, Chiranjeevi has now acquired a property on the outskirts of Ooty. This 5.5-acre property, surrounded by tea gardens with a stunning view, is said to be worth over ₹16 crores, and the registration process has reportedly been completed.
It is also learned that Ram Charan and Upasana visited the site, and plans are in place to build a farmhouse under the supervision of an experienced architect, pending necessary approvals. In addition to this new property, Chiranjeevi already owns a lavish farmhouse near the Kempegowda International Airport in Devanahalli, Karnataka, where he frequently spends time with his family during festivals. Photos of their visits have been seen several times in the past. Furthermore, Chiranjeevi’s residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is in a prime location and is known for its spaciousness, featuring an outdoor pool, tennis court, fish pond, and garden space, which continues to grab attention online.
