Kollywood star Suriya’s highly anticipated period action-fantasy film, Kanguva, was initially slated for a release on October 10, aiming to coincide with the Dasara festivities. However, the film’s release has been temporarily delayed due to the simultaneous Superstar Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan on the same date.
The latest chatter in Kollywood suggests that the makers of Kanguva are now eyeing a release on November 14, a national holiday, for their film’s debut. There were earlier rumors that the movie might come out on October 31 to take advantage of the Diwali festive period. However, fans will need to stay tuned for an official confirmation from the producers regarding the final release date.
Bollywood stars Bobby Deol and Disha Patani are set to play the lead roles in Kanguva. This high-profile project is produced by the renowned Kollywood producer Gnanavel Raja under the Studio Green banner. The music for the film is being composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
