Mumbai is always the one stop solution for promotions of pan-India films from South India. In the past, Telugu films like Baahubali, RRR and other biggies kicked off the promotional campaigns from Mumbai. Now, NTR’s Devara, which is the most awaited pan-India big-ticket film of the season, is also going to start promotions from the same city.
As the release date of Devara is fast approaching, the makers are planning to unveil the theatrical trailer on Tuesday in a grand manner. NTR will release the trailer during a mega media event in Mumbai. The core team members will also attend the launch. There are mammoth expectations on this action thriller which is reportedly inspired by real life incidents. NTR plays dual roles and the story will be explained in two parts.
Reports suggest that the trailer will augment the expectations further before the film’s release. The three songs in the album composed by Anirudh Ravichander have already emerged as chartbusters with millions of views across different platforms. The pre-release sales are also trending very well. So, all eyes are on the trailer. If it strikes a chord with the audience, there will be a big boost to the hype.
The presence of Bollywood stars like Jahnvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan is another advantage for the film in Hindi circuit . But, how far can NTR’s stardom help the openings will be eagerly awaited by the trade circles. Directed by Koratala Siva, the first part will hit the screens on September 27th.
