New Delhi: BRS MLC Kavitha, who is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case, was virtually produced by the CBI on Friday. Due to the absence of the CBI court judge, she was presented before an alternate court, which adjourned the hearing to July 31.
Additionally, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended Kavitha’s judicial custody once again. On July 22, the court dismissed her plea for default bail in the CBI case and scheduled the next hearing for August 5.
