For the first time after assuming office, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu will visit the North Andhra region on Thursday. He will take part in various government-related activities during his short visit to Vishakapatnam. As this is Naidu’s first visit to the coastal city which is one of the fast growing districts in the State, there will be a lot of awaiting to his announcements at the end of the day.
All eyes will be on Naidu’s visit to Vizag because of the recent developments there. Firstly, the controversial Rushikonda Palace will draw all attention of the media and the people. As Naidu didn’t open up much about the palace which was built in a secretive operation by the previous government under YS Jagan till now, everyone is expecting him to talk about it during this visit.
Bheemili MLA Ghanta Srinivas Rao, who was the first reveal the inside visuals of this luxurious palace after the assembly elections, stated on the day of his visit that CM will officially announce the government’s future plans. So, it would be interesting to see how the government goes ahead with the palace. All are eagerly waiting to see if Naidu visits the palace and addresses the press about his plans.
Also, Naidu is expected to announce the roadmap to develop Vizag city as a commercial capital which he promised after taking charge as the CM of the state.
Apart from Bhogapuram palace, another significant visit would be to Bhogapuram Airport which is proposed to be completed by 2026. He will also inspect the ongoing works at Polavaram left canal in Darlapudi of S. Rayavaram Mandal during this visit.
Naidu is set to prioritize the AP MedTech Zone during his visit to the combined Visakhapatnam district on Thursday. He will inaugurate several medical equipment manufacturing buildings near the Kalam Convention Center within the MedTech zone. He will interact with the MedTech Zone representatives and employees as part of his visit and also participate in CII meeting virtually. Additionally, he will meet with CII representatives and others in the Tesla hall of the main building.
