Dulquer Salmaan, a celebrated multi-lingual actor, headlines Lucky Baskhar, a period drama that chronicles the adventurous life of a bank cashier from the late 1980s to early 1990s. Helmed by Venky Atluri, who is both writing and directing the film on an epic scale, the makers have now revealed that the movie will premiere globally on September 7th.
The movie has completed its shooting, with the filmmakers recreating 1980s Mumbai in Hyderabad using elaborate and costly sets.
Meenakshi Chaudhary stars as the leading lady, with GV Prakash Kumar providing the musical score. The teaser and song that have been released have significantly raised anticipation among film enthusiasts. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas, and presented by Srikara Studios, the pan-India film Lucky Baskhar will be available in Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil languages.
