The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is experiencing a wave of defections, with several MLAs and MLCs leaving the party. The BRS is under significant pressure following the recent departure of six MLCs who joined the Congress.
Adding to the party’s woes, Gadwal MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy has resigned from the BRS and joined the Congress. Krishnamohan Reddy made his switch in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Telangana Congress affairs in-charge Deepa Das Munshi. With this latest defection, the number of BRS MLAs who have joined the Congress has increased to seven.
