Sharing this exciting update on their social media handles, the makers introduced Aishwarya Rajesh as the female lead, portraying the role of an EXcellent wife. They shared a poster featuring Aishwarya in a saree with sindoor and mangalsutra.
Touted to be a crime thriller, the movie unfolds a triangular story with a gripping tale of an ex-cop and his Excellent wife and ex-girlfriend. With the recent update, it confirms that Aishwarya portrays the role of an Excellent wife. Venkatesh will be seen as an ex-cop in this flick, while the details of the other female lead have yet to be revealed.
Earlier, the makers revealed the film will begin with a grand pooja ceremony that will be held tomorrow at 11:16 a.m. The film’s shooting will commence shortly, and the other details of the film’s cast and technical crew will be revealed soon.
Ceciroleo Bheems will be composing the musical tunes for this film. It was earlier rumored that Meenakshi Chaudhary will be part of this film. Slated for a 2025 Pongal release, the film will compete with other flicks, including Chiranjeevi’s ‘Vishwambhara’ and Ajith Kumar’s ‘Good Bad Ugly’.
On the work front, Aishwarya Rajesh was last seen in ‘DeAr’. She is making her debut in the Kannada film industry with the upcoming film ‘Uttarakaanda’, helmed by Rohit Padaki. She has a lineup of movies in Tamil.
