Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar promises to enthrall audiences with a gripping narrative and his versatile performance in the upcoming film ‘Sarfira’. Slated for a worldwide theatrical release on July 12, the film team unveiled the film’s trailer.
‘Sarfira’, based on the true story, is all set to inspire the common man to dream big and to chase their dreams even if the world calls you crazy. The trailer follows the journey of Vir Mhatre as he passionately tries hard to make his dream come true, a mission to offer affordable air services to the common people.
The trailer features Akshay Kumar portraying Vir Mhatre, alongside Paresh Rawal reprising his character as Paresh Goswami and Radhika Madan playing the role of Akshay’s wife.
The film ‘Sarfira’ is a remake of 2020’s blockbuster ‘Soorarai Pottru’, helmed by Sudha Kongara. The film features a special cameo by the original film’s star, Suriya, adding to the excitement of its recently released trailer.
Jointly backed by Aruna Bhatia and Vikram Malhotra’s Abundantia Entertainment, Jyothika and Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, and Akshay Kumar’s Cape of Good, the film is helmed by National Award-winning director Sudha Kongara.
Apart from Akshay Kumar, the film stars Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, Seema Biswas, Sarath Kumar, and others. G.V. Prakash Kumar is at the helm of music direction, which adds another layer to the cinematic experience.
