YSRCP leader Gudivada Amarnath suggested that Jagan initiated constructions at Rushikonda with the vision of establishing Visakhapatnam as the capital. In response, Minister Nara Lokesh stated that numerous such buildings exist and their details will be disclosed to the public. He emphasized the importance of determining whether these structures will serve public use, tourism purposes, or function as government guest houses. Lokesh urged a decision on continuing Amaravati as the capital in accordance with established policies, cautioning that previous estimates indicated such decisions could potentially cost the state up to Rs 1 lakh crore.
