Adivi Sesh’s new film ‘Dacoit’ is a pan-India action drama that has garnered attention with its distinctive portrayal of love in its announcement video. Currently, the film is being shot in Hyderabad.
Shruti Haasan, cast as the female lead, has joined the team for this phase of filming. The production will be capturing pivotal scenes and action sequences featuring the main actors. Recently, the actress posted a selfie with Sesh, showcasing their enjoyable time on set.
‘Dacoit’ unfolds the compelling story of two former lovers who come together to execute a series of heists, aiming to alter their destinies. Shaneil Deo, known for his cinematography in Telugu blockbusters such as ‘Kshanam’ and ‘Goodachari’, both starring Adivi Sesh, steps into his debut as a director with this film. This marks the inaugural collaboration between Sesh and Shruti Haasan.
The film is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, co-produced by Suniel Narang, and presented by Annapurna Studios. It is being filmed concurrently in Hindi and Telugu. Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo have collaborated on both the story and screenplay of the project.
