YSRCP leader and former minister Perni Nani accused the TDP of targeting YSRCP sympathizers in the state. Following the announcement of election results, the TDP allegedly engaged in anarchic activities across Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP leaders convened a meeting with Governor Abdul Nazeer on Thursday evening to address this issue.
After the meeting, YSRCP leaders spoke to the media, with former minister Perni Nani stating that TDP attacks were aimed at YSRCP sympathizers. He mentioned instances of brutal attacks on YSRCP leaders’ residences and criticized the police for not intervening during daylight attacks in Nuziveedu involving knives.
