In this context, Vijayasai Reddy made sarcastic remarks about TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu on Twitter. He wrote, “Chandrababu, last time you bought 23 of our MLAs. In the 2019 elections, you won only 23 seats. This time you’ve bought four of our people (Kotam Reddy, Anam, Mekapati Chandrasekhar Reddy, Undavalli Sridevi). With the vote counting on June 4, you must realize how many seats you’ll be confined to this time. I predict you’ll be limited to four places. I feel sorry for you.”

Elections for the Andhra Pradesh Assembly were held on the 13th of this month, and the final results will be declared on the 4th of next month. Both the TDP and YSRCP are confident of victory, leading to heightened tensions and ongoing attacks in various parts of AP.
