Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Minister Ambati Rambabu’s petition to the AP High Court seeking orders for repolling in four booths in Sattenapally has been dismissed. The minister had approached the court requesting the repoll due to alleged irregularities, but the court found no grounds to grant his request.
In a similar case, the AP High Court also dismissed a petition filed by Chevireddy Mohit Reddy. Reddy had sought to reschedule the scrutiny of votes in Chandragiri, citing procedural concerns. However, the court did not find sufficient reason to alter the existing schedule.
