On the occasion of Tamil New Year, Puthandu, the makers of Kanguva, unveiled a new poster featuring Suriya in a dual avatar. In the poster, on one side, Suriya was seen in a tribal avatar, welding a sword in the forest background. On the other hand, we see Suriya in a modern look wearing a blazer, standing against the backdrop of a city, and holding a gun.
In addition, the makers captioned the poster, “When the past and present collide, a new future begins.” The actor also took to his social media platform, shared the new poster, and wrote, “Happy Tamil New Year! Hearty Vishu greetings! Happy new year! & Happy Ambedkar Jayanthi! #Kanguva”
Speaking of Kanguva, helmed by Siruthai Siva and backed by K.E. Gnanavel Raja, V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy, and Pramod Uppalapati under the banners of Studio Green and UV Creations. The film boasts an ensemble cast including Suriya, Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Yogi Babu, and others. National award winner Devi Sri Prasad is composing the tunes for this fantasy action film. Vetri Palanisamy is working on cinematography, while Nishadh Yusuf is handling editing.
