TDP leader Anam Venkataramana Reddy questioned Vijayasai Reddy’s knowledge about TDP’s Nellore Lok Sabha candidate, Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy, emphasizing Prabhakar Reddy’s non-discriminatory service. He pointed out the deaths caused by government-supplied inferior rice and criticized Vijayasai Reddy for seeking votes after apologizing to the families affected by the Dongsara incident. Anam noted that while all bills were settled with PLR Constructions within six months, payments to MSMEs had ceased since July of the previous year.
Expressing frustration, he highlighted regulations mandating payments to MSMEs within a specified timeframe, which were disregarded. Anam further accused Jagan’s favored companies, PLR Constructions and Visveswara Reddy Shirdi Sai Electricals, of receiving preferential treatment in payments. He demanded that Jagan address outstanding bills related to works assigned to YCP workers and contractors before conducting preparatory meetings.
