Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has officially resigned from her position, as per an announcement from Raj Bhavan on Monday. Dr. Tamilisai, who also holds the role of Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, has submitted her resignation to Droupadi Murmu, the President of India.
In an official communique, it was stated, “The Hon’ble Governor of Telangana and Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, has tendered her resignation with immediate effect. The resignation has been submitted to the Honourable President of India.”
