The party’s leadership has hinted that former MLA Bode Prasad will not be nominated this time around, sparking agitation among his supporters. In response, Prasad has expressed his readiness to contest independently, displaying Chandrababu’s photo on his campaign materials. Despite a conversation with the TDP high command and a meeting with party chief Chandrababu Naidu, Prasad remains steadfast in his decision to run with Chandrababu’s image alongside him.
