Hyderabad: Income Tax raids are currently underway at the home of Andela Sriramulu, a prominent leader of the BJP in Telangana. Sriramulu contested the last assembly elections from Maheshwaram constituency on behalf of the party. He was defeated by a margin of 26,000 votes by the BRS candidate and former minister Sabitha Indra Reddy.
Additionally, simultaneous raids are being conducted at the residence of Sriramulu’s personal assistant and his business partner Pratima Reddy. The raids, which commenced in the morning, are being carried out with the assistance of law enforcement personnel.
