Chittoor: During the TDP’s ‘Raa Kadali Raa’ public meeting at Gangadhara Nellore on February 6, TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu criticized the actions of village and ward volunteers, warning that engaging in politics could lead to legal consequences. Addressing attendees, Naidu urged volunteers to recognize what he perceived as Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s deceit and join him as star campaigners for the party.
Chandrababu Naidu accused Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government of instilling fear among volunteers and neglecting the welfare of Dalits, referring to it as a “nightmare” for the community. He claimed that over 180 Dalits had taken their lives in the past five years due to oppression and highlighted the diversion of funds meant for Dalit welfare. He called on Dalits to unite and remove Jagan Mohan Reddy from power in the upcoming elections.
