Hyderabad: In a significant development, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Kalvakuntla Kavitha has been served notices by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) concerning the Delhi liquor case. The ED has scheduled a hearing for Kavitha on January 16 (Tuesday), as indicated in the issued notices.
The summons is a part of the ongoing investigation conducted by the ED, currently underway in the Supreme Court. Kalvakuntla Kavitha has acknowledged the latest notices from the ED and has communicated to the investigating officer through email, citing her inability to attend the scheduled hearing.
