The production house unveiled a new poster on Friday morning to confirm the news. May 9th holds much significance in Tollywood history because many blockbuster hits released on the same date.
The scintillating poster has Prabhas as a Macho man armed like an intense warrior who is battle-ready to take on the evil forces. The backdrop is quite fascinating and his towering personality impresses the viewers. He holds an interesting weapon with his left hand and oozes confidence in the face of adversity
Kalki 2898AD, helmed by talented Tollywood director Nag Ashwin, is billed as a dystopian thriller which is a blend of fiction and supernatural elements. The story is set in the time of some hundreds of years from now with an intriguing set-up.
Kalki boasts an ensemble cast in the form of Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani. It is being made on a staggering budget with international standards.
