Hyderabad: The ruling Congress party in Telangana, led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, has announced the implementation of its six guarantees promised during the elections. Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy disclosed that applications for these guarantees will be accepted from the public, with the submission period spanning from December 28 to January 6. Emphasizing inclusivity, Ponguleti noted that applications, even from areas with as few as 10 houses, will be received.
The application process will involve handing out applications to the public, which will then be submitted during gram sabhas. Those who submit applications will receive receipts, and authorities will assess eligibility for various schemes. Ponguleti assured that efforts will be made to reach even small communities. Ponguleti further highlighted that two of the six guarantees have already been implemented, with the Congress government committed to fulfilling the remaining four. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy convened a meeting with district collectors and SPs at the secretariat, attended by ministers as well.
