Amidst good hype and expectations, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial Animal hit the theatres yesterday.
Though this film has garnered a unanimous positive talk for the performances of the lead pair, overall the movie has received a mixed talk by the end of day one. It’s heard that the audience is a bit disappointed after the staggering first half. Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika’s chemistry seems to be the top-notch and the narration of Sandeep Reddy Vanga clicks to a great extent in the first but disappointed many in the second half.
Keep this aside, this film which was released amidst huge expectations has bagged 54 crores net at the ticket window in Bollywood and another 9 crores from the dubbing of other languages. Overall, it is heard that Animal has collected a whopping 63 crores net on day one at the box office. Have to see how it performs in the coming days.
