Telugu Desam Party general secretary Nara Lokesh today met Andhra Pradesh Governor Abdul Nazeer at the Raj Bhavan in Vijayawada along with other senior TDP leaders. They have complained to the Governor against YSRCP over the cases filed against the party cadre. After the meeting, Nara Lokesh addressed the media. He stated that they have complained against the ruling party for putting on cases against the sympathizers without any evidence.
Nara Lokesh alleged that as many as 60K cases were filed against the sympathizers. Lokesh said that he asked the Governor to protect the constitution. “We even brought to the fact that even Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan was not allowed to enter the state,” said Lokesh.
He further said that they would continue the fight against fake votes and stated that they would meet the Election Commission to address this issue. “We met Pawan Kalyan and will release a joint manifesto very soon,” said Lokesh.
