The advocates of the TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu have once again moved a house motion petition in the High Court citing the health condition of CBN in the jail.
The petition highlights the concerns to be taken into consideration regarding Chandrababu’s health. The advocates representing CBN have alleged that the government is pressurizing the jail authorities about the health bulletin of CBN and they have stated that the only reason why the doctors didn’t mention the need for surgery for one of the eyes of CBN due to cataracts. They also mentioned that three months ago, CBN underwent a cataract operation, and now it’s time for him to undergo the second one as well.
The TDP party and its supporters are expressing their feat regarding the health issues of CBN in jail and are expecting that he would get an interim bail to get his eye operation done. On the other hand, the Jail authorities have responded to these allegations and have given a statement mentioning that CBN underwent a cataract surgery 4 months ago and the doctors confirmed that his other eye doesn’t require any surgery as of now. Have to wait and see how the High Court responds to this.
