A sigh of relief for both the Telugu Desam Party and their cadre as the Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted anticipatory bail to TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh.
The High Court has ordered the AP CID not to arrest Lokesh till October 4th in the Skill Development Scam case and has given an interim order regarding this. As we know, Lokesh has applied for anticipatory bail in two cases i.e. Skill Development Scam Case/Fibrenet case. The AP High Court has adjourned both the cases to the same date.
The High Court is currently hearing the arguments regarding Chandrababu’s anticipatory bail in the IRR case. The Supreme Court advocate Siddarth Luthra is representing Chandrababu and the Advocate General Sriram Subhramanyam is representing the AP CID.
