The ruling government of Andhra Pradesh, YSRCP has found fault with the Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan’s statements on the volunteer system in the state. The ruling party backed by the government has already sent a prosecution summons to Pawan Kalyan in this regard.
On the 9th of this month, Pawan Kalyan in Eluru Varahi Vijaya Yatra claimed that some volunteers have been taking the invaluable personal data of the AP voters and the data was ending up in the hands of a couple of private firms residing in Hyderabad which resulted in many atrocities like missing of women from the AP. These comments didn’t go well with Jagan and his batch and they demanded an unconditional apology along with protests on Pawan Kalyan. Since the latter didn’t obey and in turn increased his tone further on this issue, Jagan-led AP Government has released a new G.O. No:16 which transforms into a defamation case against Pawan. Special Chief Secretary Ajay Jain initiated this GP under the 1973 criminal procedure code. Within a couple of days, AP Government would move the High Court to initiate further formalities like prosecuting Pawan Kalyan.
The actor turned Politician who landed in AP today after his meetings with the BJP biggies declared that he did receive the G.O. and challenged the CM directly that this prosecution is the start of YSRCP’s end. He added that he would reveal even more statistics and criminal acts of YSRCP in the prosecution which will only hit the ruling party. Political experts stated that Pawan Kalyan is not in the danger zone since he only recited the national statistics but he should be able to defend and explain himself from escaping this case completely. However, the Janasenani asked all his Jana Sena leaders and supporters to get ready for the battle against YSRCP.
