The state CID which is under the government of Andhra Pradesh has attached Chandra Babu Naidu’s guest house citing undue favor to the Lingamaneni Ramesh.

It is alleged that Chandrababu has done an intentional favor to the Lingamaneni family and has got the guest house which has been under his occupation since 2014. The state government has imposed charges of criminal breach of trust, conspiracy, cheating, and criminal misconduct by public servants. The government alleges that CBN has done a quid pro quo for the alignment of the inner ring road and zonal development plans for several villages belonging to the Nellore district. As a gratification, Lingamaneni has gifted his house free of cost is the major allegation that the state home department has put forward.

The case was registered on Chandrababu Naidu charging him as A-1 and Narayana as A-2. The TDP has hit back against the actions taken by the government stating that it’s just a deviation of politics to divert the people’s focus as the party’s MP Avinash Reddy is going to be arrested.
