First Thunder : Ram roars in Boyapati mark mass feast

Giving the traditional first teaser a new spin as ‘First Thunder’, the makers of Ram Pothineni – Boyapati Srinu film unveiled a one-minute glimpse this Monday on the eve of Ram’s birthday and it is packed with an ample dose of a mass feast in vintage Boyapati style.

The teaser has Ram in his massiest avatar ever with a Boyapati mark makeover. He punches the goons and mouths a typical over-the-top dialogue that has been a common feature in all Boyapati’s films. Ram is at his energetic best in beast mode as he bashes the adversaries during a village festival. He is accompanied by a huge bull and mobbed by a frenzied crowd in this glimpse which is amplified by SS Thaman’s electrifying background score. Sree Leela, the female lead, is agape with Ram’s heroics and mannerisms.

The cinematography is terrific as the visuals are colourful and enticing. The rich production values are evident in every frame of the glimpse.

It looks like Boyapati Srinu and Ram are going to offer a mad mass commercial potboiler for moviegoers. One can expect a regular action-packed entertainer with this untitled film which is going to hit the screens during the Dussehra season.
