YS Sunitha, the daughter of the murdered MP YS Vivekananda Reddy is not in the mood to allow her cousin YS Avinash Reddy to escape. The daring daughter of the demised approached the Supreme Court of India to challenge the stay issued by the Telangana High Court against Avinash Reddy’s arrest.
It is a known fact that the accused Avinash Reddy is trying for anticipatory bail in the High Court and the Telangana HC asked the CBI officials not to arrest Avinash until his bail petition comes to the hearing. Instead, they asked the CBI to continue with the interrogation and submit the final affidavit on the 25th of this month for the final hearing. Meanwhile, Sunitha who is not happy with the HC issuing a stay on arresting Avinash Reddy until the 25th approached the Supreme Court of India the other day and the hearing would be there anytime on Thursday. One has to wait and watch what the Chief Justice would say about the stay but regardless of this result, Avinash Reddy was almost surrounded in this case as the evidence is against him.
The entire case was initially handled by the State’s police and since there was no improvement even after four years, Sunitha managed to transfer the case from AP to Telangana’s CBI and since then, the case is in top gear. CBI Officials have already arrested Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy and are now questioning Avinash Reddy every day.
