The murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy is in its final phase as the CBI officials have arrested most of the accused except for the Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy. The officials had a field day questioning the YSRCP leader today.
Amidst the speculations about whether or not the CBI would arrest Avinash Reddy or not, the Court asked the CBI not to do so since the accused’s bail petition is yet to attend the hearing. Meanwhile, the bench asked the CBI to carry on its investigation directing Avinash Reddy to attend the questioning every day until the final hearing of the case, which will be on the 25th of April. Day one of the all-new fresh questioning began today at 10 AM in the Hyderabad office and Avinash Reddy was interrogated alongside his father Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy for five hours. It was learned that the special officers confronted the trio with the evidence they had and finally asked him to leave. Avinash Reddy left for his camp while Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy were shifted to Chanchalguda Jail for remand.
The CBI officials mainly focused on why these accused tried to erase the evidence that led to the murder mystery and portrayed it as a natural death. The case would soon get concluded as per the Court’s order to fast-tracking the case.
