As per the social media buzz, the Tamil star hero Thalapathy Vijay will next commence with Atlee for Thalapathy68. Reportedly, the duo will collaborate for an out-and-out action entertainer soon.
Going into the details, ever since this morning, social media has been rife with speculations about this untitled project of Thalapathy Vijay and Atlee. As we know that Atlee and Vijay Thalapathy shares a special bond and has previously worked together in blockbusters like Theri, Mersal and Bigil.
It has been widely speculated that this untitled future project is said to be in the last rounds of discussion and is expected to be financed by none other than Kalanithi Maran under the banner Sun Pictures. The film is also rumored to have the south music sensation Anirudh Ravichander on board for this highly anticipated project. However, no official statement announcing the same has been made yet.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Thalapthy Vijay is currently working with his Master filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for the upcoming gangster drama Leo. Apart from Vijay, Leo also stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand and others in vital roles.
Leo which is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Cinematic Universe (LCU) will hit the theaters worldwide on October 19, 2023.
In the meantime, Atlee is busy with his action thriller directorial Jawan. Starring Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara in the lead role, this film marks the debut of both Atlee and the leading lady in Bollywood.
